REDUCTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
A 10% reduction on the chosen cruise fee will be applied to bookings made and formalized in full by April 30 of each year.
A 10% reduction on the chosen cruise fee is reserved for participating students under the age of 25.
Children up to 12 years of age are entitled to a 15% discount on the entire portion of the chosen cruise.
Booking in advance also allows you to win advantageous rates and consequently significant savings on the purchase of air tickets and ships to reach the port of boarding.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You can easily book online by paying a deposit directly during the booking process by following the steps of the dedicated form on our website.
- The balance must be paid within 30 days from the boarding date by bank transfer following the procedures described in the booking confirmation email.
- If the payment of the deposit does not arrive within 10 working days of booking, it will be canceled and canceled by the system and the reserved seat will be made available again.
- Should the payment of the balance not be received within 30 days prior to the boarding date indicated on the basis of the selected cruise period, the reservation will be canceled and canceled by the system and the reserved seat will be made available again.
CANCELLATIONS
- Up to 30 days before the boarding date there is no penalty and you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
- Within 30 days and no later than 7 days before the embarkation date you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the entire quota scheduled for the cruise.
- Within 7 days before the boarding date you are entitled to a refund of 25% of the entire amount scheduled for the cruise.
- If the cruise is canceled within 7 days before the boarding date, you will not be entitled to any refund on the total amount of the cruise.
